Using RTA cabinets from The Cabinet Joint
Option 1 - Everything orderable from The Cabinet Joint
Picture
Countertops & upper shelves left of TV all 1" thick, ordered from The Cabinet Joint. Upper open shelving unit right of TV as deep as countertop (22 1/4") to hide seam where the two rectangular countertops meet.  Cabinets all 29 1/2" high with 1" thick countertop on top.
Option 1a - Upper shelves left of TV are 1 1/2" thick (acquired elsewhere)
Picture
Option 1b - Upper shelves left of TV are 3" thick floating shelves (acquired elsewhere)

Option 2 - Countertop 1 1/2" thick, acquired elsewhere

In option 2, the open shelving unit right of TV is only 12" deep (same depth as shelves to left of TV). The assumption is if the countertop is acquired from a countertop shop, the seam at the corner can be nearly hidden, so the open shelving unit doesn't need to be deep enough to cover the seam of two countertops butted together.  The upper shelves left of TV are also 1 1/2" thick, and match the countertop.
Option 3 - Everything orderable from The Cabinet Joint, with open shelves under TV

Option 4 - Upper shelves left of TV and shelves under TV all 1 1/2" thick (acquired elsewhere)
